Before severe weather

How to use the planner

Do the walk-through in the same order and photograph anything new with a date and scale. Do not treat a checked box as proof that a component is safe; it records only that you looked or completed the stated low-risk task.

Create a separate action list for work that needs a part, quotation, licensed trade or landlord approval. Water, electrical, gas, structural and fire-safety concerns should not wait for the next scheduled check.
